Help improve the bridge from elementary to BHS!

My name is Henry St. Clair, I’m a junior at BHS and a former K-8 student at Hayes. I’m trying to collect information on the faults of current 9th-grade initiation programs administered by BHS and the elementary schools. 8th-grade parents currently going through the process, and parents who may have already done it, your feedback is incredibly valuable to me. I ask that you take 5 minutes of your time to fill out a quick form designed to help me identify the holes in current programs. The data from this form will be shared with BHS and elementary school administrators, as well as help me create a comprehensive and centralized online help center for 8th-grade parents.
