Vote to Rename our School at Town Meeting

Congratulations to Dr. Sevelius and the Student Naming Committee for all their efforts in shepherding our school in the renaming process. On November 16, 2023, Brookline's Town Meeting voted in favor of Warrant Article 13 to rename the school. The final vote tally was 208 yes, 4 no, and 23 abstentions.

The PTO will work on changing our name too. But it will take some time. We do own the new website address hayespto.org and will begin to use it more over time. Right now it simply redirects to heathpto.org. We'll continue to work through the transition process along with the rest of our school community.
