LEGO + ROBOTICS = AWESOME!

Is your child interested in building? In solving big challenges facing their world? In working in teams, encouraging their friends, listening to new ideas, and having fun? Then the FIRST Lego League is for them. FIRST is an international STEM program that combines robotics, Lego, and problem solving for elementary and middle schoolers. There were only a few elementary level teams in Brookline this year. We would like to spread the word and build more!

Co-coach and Lawrence mom, Meghna Chakrabarti, is hosting a Zoom information session for any interested families. Date: Sunday, June 4th, 7-8pm. This session will focus on FIRST Lego Robotics for the elementary grades (1st-4th).

(For more information on middle (5th-8th) and high school teams, please contact the Brookline Robotics Initiative. BRI is a wonderful group of BHS students who are building the town's robotics programs. We are following their lead.)
