The 3rd annual Heath School Science Fair will be back in person on March 5, 2022, from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. All students are invited, Kindergarten too! If you participated in the past, you know how fun it is. If you haven’t, take a look at these videos and pictures or chat with classmates who did.
Heath School Science Fair 2020
More information about this year's science fair can be found on the main Heath School Science Fair website:

Who, What, How
All science topics welcome! All experiments are eligible (but safety first)! Work independently or on a team. Parents can help in the prep, too. Following a presentation on March 5th to a friendly jury of scientists, we will celebrate all participants. 5th-8th graders compete for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize!
Choosing and Preparing a Project
If you’re unsure about a topic, we’re here to help. We have two videos to get you started (K-4 video and 5-8 video):
We will also be hosting three Saturday workshops at Heath or on Zoom – bring your ideas or just come chat for inspiration. Come to one or all of these dates.
- December 11, 2021, 9-11 am: Generating initial ideas
- January 8, 2022, 9-11 am: Setting up an experiment
- February 12, 2022, 9-11 am: Getting ready for the fair
