Learn How to Start a First Lego League ( FLL) Robotics Team (2nd - 8th grade)

Do you have kids that might be interested in a fun and engaging robotics competition?

Check out this short video to learn more about this leading, worldwide competition.

In 2019, we (the BHS team) helped parents in Brookline to expand the number of FLL teams from 3 to 13 and FLL Junior teams from 0 to 3. Now that we can once again gather in person, we want to continue to expand this great program/competition across Brookline!

The great thing about FLL and FLL junior is that it doesn't require any experience for interested kids and coaches to start a team.

If you are a parent and/or caregiver of a child that might be interested in Legos and/or robotics the BBotz are hosting several information sessions:

Monday, August 30th at 7:00 pm

Thursday, September 9th at 6:00 pm

  • In-Person parent info session: Intro to starting an FLL or FLL Jr. Team
  • Location: Brookline Teen Center (40 Aspinwall Ave)

Monday, September 13th at 6:00 pm

  • Open House for Families: Find out about FLL and Robotics
  • Parents/Caregivers and kids welcome - Come see and play with Robots
  • Location: Brookline Teen Center (40 Aspinwall Ave)

If you have further questions, please email brooklineroboticsintiative@gmail.com
