The B-PEN (Brookline Parent Education Network) Parent Update is now available summarizing key information from Jon Mattleman's parent and caregiver presentation “Light at the End of the Tunnel – Strategies & Resources for the Transitions Ahead.” It addresses how we can manage anxiety, optimize resilience, and keep our families in balance as COVID-19 restrictions relax and we resume some semblance of normalcy.
