One week! TWO SEPAC meetings!

The Brookline Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is an independent, parent organization that advises the school district and School Committee on matters related to special education.

Our first business meeting of the year will be held on September 24 from 8:30 - 10:00 am via Zoom. This meeting will feature a presentation on social emotional learning and mental health supports by Dr. Matt Dubois, Assistant Director of Guidance.

SEPAC has revised our bylaws. (found here; https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QmYQ0vY9WAqSM-a0TgZxrf3RiazfELjdZAbkSnwIC3s/view). A meeting to hear Public Comment will be held September 22 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm via Zoom.

Heath Back-to-School Ice Cream Social

The Heath PTO invites you to come and enjoy some ice cream and playground time as we celebrate the new school year. Soft serve ice cream and prepackaged popsicles will be provided by Boston's Frosty Ice Cream. All Heath families are welcome. Meet at the Heath Playground at the front of the school. This is a wonderful opportunity for new families to meet friends and existing families to reconnect.

Lunch Chaperones Needed

We are looking for volunteers to cover our students' lunch breaks beginning on Monday, March 29th. Lunches will be held outdoors as much as possible and run from 11:10 to 11:40 and 12:10-12:50. We need 6 volunteers per lunch time for each day (except Wednesdays).
