PSB Wellness Committee Seeking a Hayes Volunteer

The PSB Wellness Committee is looking for a Hayes parent member, to ensure  parent representation from each school. During SY24-25, the Committee will work together to complete an assessment of the implementation of PSB's written wellness policy, identify priorities, and create action plans for implementation based on the assessment. This program includes 4 meetings together throughout the school year.

Scholastic Book Fair, Week of Oct. 28

The Scholastic Book Fair will be returning to the Hayes Library, during the week of October 28. It will be a lot of fun, just like every year!

So grateful for the many community members who came to discuss The Anxious GenerationJonathan Haidt's impactful new book, at a gorgeous venue - Hummingbird Books. The conversation was thoughtfully curated by Astrid Allen (5th grade parent), in small groups with suggested prompting questions.

Girls on the Run is back at Hayes!

This team program is coming back to Hayes this fall! Caring coaches lead fun lessons and games, group discussions, and physical activities. Each team dreams up and completes a community impact projects that helps make the world a better place. The team will meet twice a week for eight weeks, starting the week of September 22nd.
